Despite some late withdrawals a total of sixteen teams participated in the ISFA Girls U18 National Sevens at Charterhouse School. Split into four groups the matches were competitive from the start and in Group A it was Charterhouse who got off to a flyer closely matched by Millfield and Repton. Millfield soon found their scoring boots to win back to back matches and top the group, whilst Charterhouse edged home in second to claim a quarter final spot. In group B it was Ardingly and Repton who made strong starts and maintained their form to qualify for the quarter finals.

In group C defending champions ACS Cobham were putting down a strong marker as they topped the group with a 100% record. Alleyns defeated Worth School to take the second quarter final place. Godolphin & Latymer recovered from an early loss to record back to back victories and take top spot in group D. St Clares, Guildford High and Bedes could only be separated by a point with St Clares edging through on goal difference.

The quarter finals produced some excellent football with Millfield defeating St Clares 4-0, ACS Cobham scored 6 against Repton, Ardingly edged past Alleyns 1-0, and hosts Charterhouse defeated Godolphin & Latymer on penalties. In the semi-finals ACS Cobham defeated a resolute Millfield team 2-0, whilst Ardingly edged past Charterhouse by the same score line.

ACS Cobham kept up their goal scoring prowess in the final coming out 4-0 winners against a very good Ardingly side to retain their ISFA Girls U18 National Sevens title.
